Salary Details of POWERGRID Recruitment 2022
| For Post ID 208, 209 & 210 – Contract personnel will be paid monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs 30,000-3%-1,20,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 30,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + perks. Perks @ maximum 35 % of basic pay (Shall be paid as Variable Pay, subject to performance criteria defined by Management). On successful completion of every year of engagement, the contract personnel will be eligible for annual increment at the rate of 3% during subsequent year of engagement. The increment will be given from the first day of month subsequent to the month in which you complete the year. |
| For Post ID 211 & 212 – Contract personnel will be paid monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs 23,000-3%-1,05,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA. Perks @ maximum 35 % of basic pay (Shall be paid as Variable Pay, subject to performance criteria defined by Management). On successful completion of every year of engagement, the contract personnel will be eligible for annual increment at the rate of 3% during subsequent year of engagement.
