Educational Qualification [கல்வித்தகுதி]
1.Bachelor’s degree in the respective subject/language from any recognised University as per following provisions:- (i) Tamil, Malayalam, Arabic, Telugu and Hindi: Bachelor’s degree with main subject in the respective language. 2.B.Ed or B.T. of any recognised University. 3.Should have studied the particular regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) as one of the subjects in the Secondary level. However, this qualification is not required for the Trained Graduate Teacher in the discipline of Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam as these languages are regional language of Union Territory of Puducherry. 4.Should have obtained the minimum qualifying marks in Paper-II of TNTET/KTET/APTET/CTET
Selection Process
There shall be 100 marks for selection by giving weightage to the marks secured in the academic qualification and to the Employment Exchange Registration seniority.
