Salary Details for the recruitment of NIS
| 1. Hospital Superintendent – Level 12 + NPA ( Pre-revised Scale of Pay : PB – III (Rs.15600- 39100) with GP Rs.7600/- with NPA) |
| 2. Senior Research Officer (Stat) – Level 11 ( Pre-revised Scale of Pay : PB – III (Rs.15600-39100) with GP Rs.6600/-). |
| 3. Lower Division Clerk – Pay Matrix: Level 2 (Pre-revised Scale of Pay: PB-I (Rs.5200-20200) with GP Rs.1900/-). |

Eligibility Criteria / Educational Qualification for the recruitment of NIS
| 1. Hospital Superintendent –Essential Qualification: (a) PG qualification in Siddha and included in the concerned schedule to the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970: (b) 10 years working/teaching experience in a Siddha hospital having minimum 100 operational beds. Desirable Qualification: (i) Degree / Diploma in Hospital / health care University. (ii) Research experience in Siddha in a recognized institution / (iii) Published work in a scientific medical journal. |
| 2. Senior Research Officer (Stat) –Essential Qualification:1. PG degree in Statistics from a recognized University.2. 15 Years experience in the field on Statistics in Central / State / Quasi Govt. Institutions. Desirable:1. Ph.D in Statistics / Extensive experience in Research work.2. Knowledge in Tamil & English |
| 3. Lower Division Clerk –Essential Qualification:1. PG degree in Statistics2. Working knowledge of computer3. At least 10 years regular experience in Central Govt / State Govt / Quasi Govt Institutions in the field of Statistics preferably drawing in the scale of pay of Rs.15,600 – 39100 + 5400 and 5 Years experience as Statistician. |
