Educational Qualification [கல்வித்தகுதி]

1. Project Technical Support – III –
Essential:
– Three Years Graduate in Clinical Research /Social Work / Medical Sociology / Nursing with three Years’ experience or PG in the relevant subject/field. – Good Command on Tamil & English
– Speaking, Reading & Writing
Desirable:
– Experience in working in qualitative research / mixed methods.
– Experience in working in projects/programs at the state or district level.
– Candidates must be willing to travel urban/rural health facilities in districts of Puducherry for data collection.

2. Project Nurse II –
Essential:
– Minimum Second Class or equivalent CGPA three-year General Nursing &Midwife (GNM) Course.
– Good Command on Tamil & English
– Speaking, Reading & Writing
Desirable:
– B.Sc., (Nursing) / M.Sc., (Nursing)
– Experience in working in projects / programs at state or district level.
– Candidates must be willing to travel urban / rural health facilities in districts of Puducherry for data collection.
– Work experience in field level (community)

3. Project Technical Support – I –
Essential:
– 10th with Diploma in (Emergency Medical Technician / Medical Laboratory Technician) with two Years’ experience in relevant subject / field.
– Good Command on Tamil & English
– Speaking, Reading & Writing
Desirable:
– Experience in field work.
– Candidates must be willing to travel urban / rural health facilities in districts of Puducherry

4. Project Technical Support – III (Project Manager / assistant/ coordinator) –
Essential:
– Three Years Graduate in Public Health / Public Health Nursing/social work/life sciences with three Years’ experience or PG in relevant subject / field.
– Good Command on Tamil & English
– Speaking, Reading & Writing
Desirable:
– Experience in managing similar research projects

5. Project Technical Support – III (Statistician) –
Essential:
– Three Years Graduate in Statistics / Biostatistics from recognized University / Institution with three years’ experience OR
– Master’s degree in Statistics / Biostatistics from recognized University / Institution
Desirable:
– Knowledge of statistics related computer software like SPSS, R, EPI-INFO, SPISTATA, NVIVO & application packages like MS-Office.
– Two years post M.Sc., research experience particularly in mixed methods analysis.

6. Project Technical Support -I (Data Entry Operator, IT domain with experience) –
Essential:
– 10th + Diploma in Computer Application/IT/Computer Sciences with two Years’ experience in EDP work in Government, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization.
– A speed of not less than 8000 key depression per hour on computer.
– Good Command on Tamil & English
– Typing, Speaking, Reading & Writing
Desirable:
– Experience in MS-office / data entry / statistical software
– Experience in transcribing qualitative data and data entry of patient level database
