Age Limit [வயது வரம்பு] : [As on 22-12-2022]
1. Constable (Tailor, Gardener & Cobbler)– 18 years to 23 years
2. Constable (Safai Karamchari, Washerman & Barber- 18 years to 25 years

Educational Qualification [கல்வித்தகுதி]
1. Constable (Tailor, Gardener & Cobbler)– (i) 10th Class pass from a recognised Board; (ii) Two years work experience in respective trade; Or One year certificate from Industrial Training Institute/ Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in respective trade; Or Two years Diploma from Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in the trade. Note: So far as work experience in trade is concerned, self attestation of required experience will also be accepted.
2. Constable (Safai Karamchari, Washerman & Barber- Matriculation from a recognised school or institution.
Selection Process
Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Written Examination, Trade Test and Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/ Review Medical Examination (RME)
