🎓 Educational Qualifications
A degree in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory. Specific roles such as CA, IT, Law Officer, Agriculture Officer may require professional qualifications or specialization.

Officer Scale I – Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engg, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy; Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s* Desirable: working knowledge of computers. |
| 3. Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer) – Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any Stream from a Accredited University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having a degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. Post Qualification Experience: Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution. |

• Office Assistant: Preliminary Exam → Mains Exam
• Officer Scale-I: Prelims → Mains → Interview
• Officer Scale-II & III: Single exam + Interview.
Final selection is based on performance in respective stages.
