Essential Qualification: i) Graduation in any field from a recognized university / institute with 5 years of experience in any main stream media (or) Degree / PG / Diploma in journalism / Mass Communication / relevant field from recognized university / institute with at least 3 years of experience in any main stream media ii) Language Proficiency: Tamil & English iii) Good knowledge in programme production both audio / video Desirable Qualification: i) Retired Production Staff from Doordarshan / All India Radio ii) Innovative methods in productions iii)Sound knowledge in content creation
