Eligibility Criteria / Educational Qualification for the recruitment of Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple
1. Thalam – Candidates Able to read, write in Tamil + Studied in Music School and qualified
2. Vethaparayanam – Candidates Able to read, write in Tamil + 3 years training / certificate completed in Hindu Ritual Education from Hindu Vedha Ashram / Govt recognised course
3. Ubakovil Othuvar – Candidates Able to read, write in Tamil + 3 years training / certificate completed in Hindu Ritual Education from Hindu Vedha Ashram / Govt recognised course
4. Uthavi Parisagar –Must be able to read and write in tamil. Must know to prepare Neivedyam and prasadham according to customs and usage prevailing in the temple and.Must know the customary procedures to conduct pooja and rituals.
5. Uthavi Yanai Paagan – Must be able to read and write in Tamil + Yanai Paagan Experience
6. Karunai illam Kappalar – Must be able to read and write in Tamil
7. Veterinary Assistant – Must be able to read and write in Tamil
8. Technical Assistant (Civil) – Diploma in Civil Engineering
9. Generator Operator – ITI Trade Certificate in Wireman / Electrician with 5 Years Experience
10. Plummer – ITI Trade Certificate in Plumber Trade
11. Cook – Must be able to read and write in Tamil + 3 Years Cooking Experience
12. Cooking Assistant – Must be able to read and write in Tamil + Cooking Experience
13. Sweeper – Must be able to read and write in Tamil
