Eligibility Criteria / Educational Qualification for the recruitment of TNPL

1. Executive Director (Finance) –
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) (or) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) (or) Full time First class MBA (Finance) from reputed Universities / Institutions. NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates possessing Chartered Accountant qualification.
Experience : Minimum 32 years of post qualification experience in reputed industrial organizations, as on 01/09/2022. Should have worked as Head of Finance functions in a reputed Public Company for a minimum period of 5 years. Should have exposure in areas of Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds Management, Forex Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring. The incumbent will be responsible for all Finance, Costing and Accounting functions including Plant Accounting, Management Accounting, Budgetary Control, MIS, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Export Finance, etc. The selected candidate should be able to provide effective Guidance and Leadership to a high Calibre Team. Experience may be relaxed upto 3 years in deserving cases.
2. Chief General Manager (Finance) –
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) (or) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) (or) Full time First class MBA (Finance) from reputed Universities / Institutions. NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates possessing Chartered Accountant qualification.
Experience : Should have minimum 30 years of post qualification experience, as on 01/09/2022. Should have worked in a senior position in Finance/Accounts Department of a reputed industrial organization / continuous process industry, as on 01/09/2022. Should have exposure in Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds Management, Forex Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring. The incumbent will be responsible for Finance, Costing and Accounting functions including Management Accounting, Budgetary Control, MIS, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Export Finance, Resource Mobilization, Funds Management, etc. Working experience in an ERP environment with exposure to IFRS is preferred.Age and Experience may be relaxed upto 2 years in deserving cases.
3. Chief General Manager (Commercial) / General Manager (Commercial) –
Qualification : First Class Full Time Engineering Degree with First Class MBA / First Class Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. (or) First Class Full Time MBA. (or) First Class Full Time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First Class Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management / First Class MBA. (or) First Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in any branch of Engineering / Technology.
Experience :
For CGM (Commercial): Minimum 30 years of post qualification experience in an industrial organization of repute, as on 01/09/2022. 
For GM (Commercial): Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in an industrial organization of repute, as on 01/09/2022. Should have handled supply chain management in a senior position for a minimum period of 5 years in a continuous process plant with IT environment. The incumbent will be responsible for overall functions of procurement including bulk materials within the country and abroad. Age and Experience may be relaxed upto 2 years in deserving cases
4. Deputy General Manager (Finance) / Assistant General Manager (Finance) –
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) (or) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
Experience :
For DGM (Finance): Should have minimum 26 years of post qualification experience, as on 01/09/2022.
For AGM (Finance): Should have minimum 23 years of post qualification experience, as on 01/09/2022. Should have worked in a senior position in Finance/Accounts Department of a reputed industrial organization / continuous process industry, as on 01/09/2022. Should have exposure in Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds Management, Forex Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring. The incumbent will be responsible for Finance, Costing and Accounting functions including Management Accounting, Budgetary Control, MIS, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Export Finance, Resource Mobilization, Funds Management, etc. Working experience in an ERP environment with exposure to IFRS is preferred. (Post qualification experience will be calculated only after acquiring C.A (or) CMA).For DGM: Age and Experience may be relaxed upto 2 years in deserving cases.
5. Officer (Internal Audit) –
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) (or) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
Experience : Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience in the Finance / Accounts / Internal Audit Department of a reputed industrial organization / continuous process industry, as on 01/09/2022. The incumbent will be responsible for coordination with all the departments and Auditors, getting replies to Audit queries and presenting them to Audit Committee, etc
6. Officer (Secretarial) –
Qualification : Should be a Graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience : Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience in Company Secretarial Compliances in Government / Public / Private Sector Company of repute, as on 01/09/2022. Experience in a large listed company is preferable. The incumbent should have good exposure in Company Law, Stock Exchange Regulations, SEBI Guidelines, etc. Should have exposure to latest amendments in Companies Act, 2013. Should be computer literate with good communication skill. Must possess ability to liaise with various agencies like Merchant Bankers, SEBI, Stock Exchange, Registrar & Transfer Agents, etc.
